Access tokens are used exclusively to perform the actions you authorize, such as publishing content or retrieving analytics.

• Your Esscentia dashboard.
• Your social media platform settings.

Once access has been revoked, we will stop using the corresponding authorization tokens except where temporary retention is required for security or legal compliance.

5. Artificial Intelligence Processing

Esscentia Autopost uses Artificial Intelligence to generate marketing content, including advertising images, promotional videos, social media captions, hashtags, and carousel posts.

Content submitted by users may be securely processed through trusted AI providers in order to generate the requested outputs.

Current providers include:

• OpenAI
• Anthropic
• Fal AI

These providers process information according to their own privacy policies and security standards.

AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, original, or suitable for every situation. Users remain solely responsible for reviewing all generated content before publication.

Esscentia does not use customer content for advertising purposes.
